I wouldn't have come as far as I have, without the Forcify.me series of videos.

As an "accidental techie" I wouldn't have come as far as I have, without the Forcify.me series of videos. Thank you for your generosity to the non profit community!

I am so impressed...

I am so impressed by the Forcify.me videos. They've made difficult topics easy to understand and implement. It's fantastic that Jackson River makes them available for free to nonprofits. What a great company!

OMG. I wish this was here 3 years ago...

OMG. I wish this was here 3 years ago when I spent weeks searching SF and forums for setup information and best ways to handle accounts/contacts/households/affiliations. The info is available but hard to ferret out, but I did so. Even so I made a lot of mistakes and it was somewhat awkward, so we went to Common Ground.  Now that Common Ground is being discontinued, these videos are letting me think my best bet is to go back to the NPSP.  I understand enough to do it right this time. Thank you.

Extremely well done.

Extremely well done.  Very clear, appropriate pace and relevant content.   Some of the best videos I have seen.  Thank you.

Forcify.me is hands down the best...

Forcify.me is hands down the best source of training videos for the Nonprofit Starter Pack. We recommend it to every client using the NPSP

Without Forcify.me, we would not be able to use this powerful and effective tool

Our community organization has a small staff and an even smaller budget! We can't afford a consultant--or even formal training for our staff--so we rely on volunteers for IT development, including implementation of Salesforce. Thanks to Forcify.me, our volunteers have access to a free (and, more importantly, reliable) educational resource that allows them to manage the system effectively. Without Forcify.me, we would not be able to use this powerful and effective tool--and we might never see our staff or our budget grow.

We found the Forcify videos to be significantly better than anything else we found.

I found Forcify to be very useful because it was just much more focused on nonprofits and the application we use (NPSF).  The videos are just much closer to meeting our users where they are at.

We found the Forcify videos to be significantly better than anything else we found.  The Salesforce Foundation has some good videos but beyond that using other sites was very hit or miss for us and having Forcify put together a collection just for nonprofits has been wonderful.

In rolling out Salesforce for my office I required some of my heaviest users to view Forcify videos that pertained to their job roles.  Our plan before finding Forcify was to pay the developer of our site to make customized videos for us.  The developer was not as familiar with donations in Salesforce as Forcify and in the end we saved a couple hundred dollars and ended up with a better product.  I believe our developer was happy we received higher quality training as well.

Forcify.me has a wonderful series of training videos...

Forcify.me has a wonderful series of training videos that I, as my organization's system administrator, have used to enhance my own learning; I've also distributed links to training videos to others at my organization who need extra learning. The videos are clear, thorough, and help my organization learn more about Salesforce.

Forcify.me is one of the best online training and learning tools for Salesforce I've found. The videos are easily searchable, and a better range of topics is offered than some other sites I've visited.

After watching a video on reporting, I learned how to do matrix and summary reports - and have been able to give our finance team some easy-to-read reports that they've needed.
